Dave is MGI's founder and creator of the PEG program. He has lived, worked, and traveled all over the United States, and his work has taken him around the world. Since founding MGI, Dave has worked with small businesses in selling, marketing, business succession, family business planning, and organizational development. He developed the Profit Enhancement Group (PEG) program to provide ongoing support and development for small business owners. He has directed 35 different PEGs and delivered customized consulting services to clients worldwide. In addition, Dave has forged relationships with over 10 industry associations to sponsor MGI programs. He published The Family Business Estate Planning Guide in 1980.
